These things were normally segregated, but there existed a suspiciously fist-sized hole in the nearby wooden fence. On the other side was the promised land, or at least, the marginally less occupied ladies section.[break][break]

Half of Yujin’s face appears in the hole. [break][break]

“Number 376, are you harassing random naked men?”[break][break]

The ‘beldum’ rises by the water’s edge, revealing it to be an appendage of a metagross.[break][break]

It rolls its eyes at all involved.

“Oh!”

Samuel stepped back, still waist-deep in the water – he couldn’t see much through the fog, but he had heard a woman’s voice. “Apologies, miss. I could’ve sworn there was a divider between men and women.” Then the steam cleared to reveal that there was, in fact, such a divider – albeit one with a hole in it. Ever the gentleman, he chose not to focus on said hole.

“Anyway, your Metagross wasn’t harassing me. If anything, my Golduck here’s at fault.” Samuel scratched his head of wet hair. “Although that does beg the question of what your Metagross is doing here?”

Yujin Ha

"I don't know. Should my metagross be in the women's section?"[break][break]

One can hear her laugh through the mist. That metagross belongs nowhere, not as far as anyone could tell. If it purposely wandered into the men's side when Yujin got in, who was she to correct the ambiguous thing? Even scientists couldn't figure it out.[break][break]

After a few moments of readjusting on the other side of the screen, Yujin yawns. Said metagross goes back to submerging in the water, leaving only a shadow on the surface.[break][break]

"Rough week for you as well?"

Still maintaining his gaze pointedly away from the hole in the divider, Samuel cleared his throat – then, despite the heat rising to his face, spoke out again. “Yeah, my job’s been killing me,” he said, as he rubbed his temples with a free hand. “I needed the break more than I thought I did, really.”

It was probably best for him to not mention what he worked as – he didn’t want to come off as a braggart. So instead, he decided to introduce himself by his first name. “The name’s Samuel. Yours?”

Yujin Ha

“Yujin.”[break][break]

No need to bother with her usual Bond-esque introduction. Even super secret special agents, of which she was not, yearned to cast off their masks and dip their toes in some soothingly-scalding water.[break][break]

He might be avoiding the divider, but she has no shame. She swims right up next to it to study his figure in the steam. “You know, I’m quite good with voices. And names.”[break][break]

And faces. And tics. And gaits. And all the other minute details that come with the observational requirements of her job.
“Have you been on T.V. before? You seem familiar.”[break][break]

She slinks away from the divider again.
